Once we receive notice of your interest, a member of our Executive Board will reach out with a formal Request for Proposal to be returned. The team selects projects based on the scope of work, feasibility, clarity of deliverables, and learning potential. All projects are one semester long: (Fall: September - December | Spring: January - May).

PROJECT EXECUTION

​

Before we kick off our project, we will bilaterally agree upon a Statement of Work. We then start projects with a Current State Analysis and Gap Assessment, after which we thoroughly work towards a final deliverable that meets your high standards of quality and innovation.

​

A Mid-Point Review and regular touch points with our client are integral part of our work process and ensure that you receive the best possible results, tailored to your business.

 

The project team will meet with their client a minimum of four times throughout the semester. We encourage open bilateral communication as well as multiple on-site visits where possible.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

​

We take on a carefully selected three to six consulting projects per semester. Through a rigorous selection and staffing process, we make sure that project teams consist of the most qualified group members for your project assignment.

​

Throughout the semester we host regular meetings with our entire group as well with our advisors, who hold us accountable to high standards. This ensures a consistently high delivery standards.
