Christopher is a Buffalo native, second-year MBA candidate, and WNY Prosperity Fellow with 7+ years of advisory experience for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients such as Apple, Verizon, M&T Bank, and Plaid. His own consulting practice served 15+ clients, including Western New York businesses and nonprofits. He co-founded Operation Inspire, leading 35 students through a $350M acquisition analysis.
Mrinmoy Debnath
Position: Vice President
Focus Area: Operations and Strategy Consulting
A STEM MBA candidate and Vice President of the UB MBA Consulting Group. With over eight years of experience in operations, supply chain, and process improvement, bring practical industry insight to consulting projects. Passionate about helping organizations solve complex problems through data-driven strategies and collaborative leadership.

Irene Xu
Position: Director of Finance
Focus Area: Pharma & Biotech Strategy
A PharmD/MBA candidate and healthcare consultant with experience across biopharma strategy and customer analytics. Led a consulting project for a biopharmaceutical drug-development company, researching pharma and biotech companies and their clinical activities, developing outreach strategies for potential partnerships, and managing client communication. Additionally, led customer analytics for an educational center, applying cohort, customer lifetime value, and RFM analysis.
